FHDI: Medical Records
Films/Report: First Hill Diagnostic Imaging will automatically send your original exam films and reports directly to your physician, who will discuss the results with you. Please contact your referring doctor if you need your films or report. In any legal matters, your attorney may obtain copies of your medical records directly from us with your written authorization.
Copies: Should you wish to hand carry your films to your doctor or you would like to retain a copy, please advise our front desk at the time of scheduling appointment. Upon check-in we will have you sign a release form to obtain this information.
